This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made from Asian Bazar via https://asianbazar.de.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In the same condition as received

In the original packaging
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to complete your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item once it is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver shipped the item to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
